I cant get on either keep getting internal server error!

Well I joined Slimming World a year ago and have lost 4 stone 8 pounds so far even managed to loose a pound over Xmas!

It's a fab eating plan and so easy to stick to!

960 ml of vegetable stock

1 large tomato - chopped

1 large carrot - chopped

1 onion – chopped

1 teaspoon cumin
