I would say a must is definitely the quad bike trip into the desert to a bedouin camp for sunset and meal It was really fantastic. We did this trip with a local company instead of the big companies such as Bedouin etc much better value and great Egyptian guides.

I recommend a trip up to the Mangroves as it is stunning. You need to go quite deep into the Mangroves until you find the spot where you can see the ship wreck. I went in August and we were the only 2 there apart from the Bedioun. Total relaxation and peace. Also went on the quads but not as deep as here and had lunch and a swim and snorkle.

We really enjoy the Tiran Island boat trip. In Aug booked with Sunnfun Sinai on prom in Naama by Hilton Fayrouz and only cost £15 each inlcuding transfers to and from hotel, lunch and unlimited soft drinks and tea and coffee.
BTW how do I insert images??

Xtreme Park Naama Bay

There is an Extremme Park in Naama bungee rocket, bungee jumping, salto trampolines, paintball war games, archery, quads and KTM bikes and inflatable games. Between a game and the other relax at the swimming pool. This is next to Ghibili go kart track on the outskirts of Naama.

I snorkelled at Tiran Island, it has a massive carog ship wrecked on the coral reef.

Great diving in sharm, some great wrecks. There is one which its cargo was toilets!
