I have just been trying to log on the blue side but cant get in is anyone else having the same problem?

Ive just tried again and although the log in screen comes up and I enter my log on & password it just goes back to the main screen and says I need to log in

Ok you need to go to the tools in the browser your using and delete temp internet files and cookies.
