I love fish and I love curry but for some reason I've never really got on with fish curry. Although I do love crab, prawn or lobster curry
I tend to cook my fresh tuna with lime, chilli and garlic and just flash-fry it in a pan.

Yep similar recipe for fresh Tuna, use Yellowifin Tuna its better,in a pestle pour a little olive oil just a couple of teaspoonsfull, crush in a little ground black pepper a pinch of sea salt, a pinch of dried dill and a squeeze of lemon/lime, brush mixture over Tuna steak and sear on hot grill for a couple of mins each side.
Serve with a Rocket salad and some toasted brown bread,butter and a wedge of lemon/lime.

Cooked Bhindi and seperate boiled pasta ,
not keen on Egyptian food hated it when me was there but i slowly converted my hubbs to indian and african cuisine ,he went home last year to see family and not eat much ,i think he missed my cooking but when hubbs home in egypt he puts weight on when he comes here he loses it like a skin bin .Think its cause here not time for seistas .Workaholic .I love when home he become very broad in the shoulders
