Well I'm off travelling the country for a few days before my flight back to Sharm next weekend, so posting may be a little sporadic, although with my new shiny iPhone I'll probably be able to get on and check posts and stuff
See you all soon!

I have an iPhone too . . . and it sure is great when traveling. but one thing I wonder about with my States based provider . . . I've heard that roaming fees can get exorbitant when overseas (Egypt for one thing). So I am thinking I'll have to turn off G3, roaming, etc while there! Darn . . . no playing bejeweled blitz while there!!1

I find it VERY much cheaper to get an Egyptian sim card - just get your iPhone unlocked (first thing I did when I got it).

All back from touring.
The insurance company actually valued my car at more than I originally paid for it
so I'll be getting more than I intended to sell it for
On the downside the Travel Insurance are being deliberately obtuse so I won't be able to sort that claim out before I head back.
So much to do before I get back, popped into the doc's earlier to try and get a script for my meds and asked for an extended sick note.
Visiting friends and family tomorrow and Friday and trying to get packed as well hehe.
Laters........................

I haven't worked for the past 9 month CB due to having an operation and stuff, so for the first time in my life I've been on benefits in the UK.
I'm getting the sick note for their benefit, so that if anything happens to me in the future and I have to come back, the case remains a constant one.
