My hero

Post by Christine »

I have a hero, yesterday i worked until 3pm, having been there for my sleepin since 2pm the previous day, i came home to find my curtains on the floor including the rail, and half of my garden in my hall, ( all courtesy of 7 month old rottweilla baby, who is going to have a very short life :x )i knew i had to go to the hospital to see Alan i felt like crying, but my hero came round and put the curtains back up, put the soil twigs and plant heads in the bin while i showered changed and got myself ready for visiting Alan.
There was a cuppa waiting for me when i came back downstairs and naughty Cocoa had been banished to the conservatory.
I got a bunch of tulips, and a dont worry about it hug, then my hero left.
This morning i had a text from my hero which read" I love you", because he knew Alan is in hospital, he put a heart on his text, he didnt want me to dip out on Valentines day.
My hero is Jay, my son.
Who would have thought that the little hyperactive cheeky tearaway of his youth, would grow into such a considerate man, but he has. :)

So considerate

Post by Claire »

Christine, what a lovely considerate son you have. Glad he was there to look ater you. As for your dog ... does n't he want a holiday like at your sons !!!! Added the son bit in case you thought I was offering my services as a dog sitter. I already have a mad dog of my own although he is actually usually quite well behaved. :)

Puppy and i have come to an agreement, we had a chat :x she is now cured of her amnesia and remembers who is boss round here.
I have pointed out the hole in my garden and will not fill it back in, it may just come in handy after all, saves digging up the patio dosent it ;)

Well he did it again, he turned up early this morning with some fresh flowers, and mended my broken plasma fire, i think he likes it now that im having to rely on him so much more, he used to as a boy rely on me for all sorts, mainly keeping him out of the poo with his dad and his sister

I am proud of him, he's not exactly a youngster any more i guess he is 29 and has 4 kids of his own, but its still nice to think ive got my own home grown little hero, and he will always be little to me, even if he is taller than i am and i aint short
