NOt sure what the problem is - in the last hour or two, I have successfully completed Skype video calls to USA, Russia, Estonia and UK.

Could it be your service provider?

I may be wrong but I think you will find the ban is on all international calls using a mobile phone and a service like Skype.

I think international calls using something like Skype through your computer and a land phone service like Vodafone will be fine, regardless of whether it is using 3G, EDGE, HSDPA or whatever.

So, no international calls using a mobile phone and a connection like Skype.

Best to al,

No its through 3G thats banned, what i cant understand is that you cant use skype on your mobile through 3G to start with, it comes up with an error message saying Skype is not available through 3G, works ok on the mobile through the Wi-Fi though.
