Aalso forgot, I have a phobia of mice and rats too, but not as bad as the bat and needle phobia.
also don't like birds flapping, so if someone has a budgie and its out of its cage in their house, I'm out of the house!
I agree with the bird thing; when i first starting dating my husband he had a big white bird and it used to fly down the room and scare the life out of me. After a few months (when my feet where firmly under the table) we had the conversation 'its me or the bird' and luckily I won.
Other than that the only thing really is cockroaches, they are just horrible nasty things. I don't mind the other creepy crawlies, in the end I'm a hell of a lot bigger than them.

The nearest i got to a bird attack was in a friends bedroom built into the pitch of the roof, it soon ended when the bird hit the window with a mighty thud, rolled down the roof, missed my nice clean Mini and hit the drive!
I HATE SPIDERS, i am sooooooooooo terrified they really really really freak me out, i can't even stand the money spiders on people, it's the way they look, walk just everything about them! My heart races, i sweat, i, i yuk!
I did once try to overcome my fear by putting a terantula on my hand which was covered by a massive puffa jacket, i was whiteying, (not sure if that's how you spell it) i nearly passed out...so no it never worked.
As for the Lizard's, what horrible stories....all for the lizard's, i think they are so cute!!! Think the holding the lizard under the water is a bit excessive
I can just picture it now
Hurghada Lady once had one in the bedroom, she slept in another bedroom with her husband until i came to "find the lizard" Eventually after moving all the furniture there it was, up the wall, on the roof, behind the curtain, i then caught it through the curtain finally, i got the first thing to hand which was a pillow case (she's gonna kill me now) I put it outside, only thing was in all the commotion (the fast little bugger) it's tail came off, ooooh and where was the tail.... under her pillow the next week when i changed her bed clothes

Got bloody attacked by a bird whilst at work last week!!
Been out with the kids, went into the house and walked down to the end of the barn conversion where there is a wood burning stove to put it on and a bird dive-bombed me! Somehow one had got insode the house. I screamed, my boss screamed and the kids screamed all in response to me. My boss Ali, though she had managed to get it out the door.
Now she had been up and down stairs numerous times, then I went up, and what happened, the little blighter went for me again, so luckily Ali managed to open a sky light and guide it out.
I tell you I was a nervous wreck for the rest of the day and every time the fire crackled, I jumped.

Hmmm Yes - see your point! I got squished under one once when I tried to turn it over myself!
And I confess to not changing sheets alone too - I just can't lift the thing and get a sheet under it with one hand.
