The reason we were looking at going first class was for the baggage allowance as my brother (and possibly Lee) will both have 2 cases of 22/23 kilos each so we were not wanting to get any hassle for the luggage.
Think the difference was only £10-£15 pound, even if it was £50, would rather do things the right way and book properly than risk anything and arguing for the sake of a few quid

well now, travelling with Thomas Cook, each additional 10 kilos can be booked in for £30, so it would only be another £90 to get up to the air france allowance plus it's a direct flight...
but do I really want to travel with all the sweaty brits hauling themselves out in 29" legroom hehe ?

It was an awful flight whenever I have been on in and if I hadn't panicked and just booked mine in April, I would have looked into going with someone else.
Are you sure that its 10 kilos for £30 as I was told it was £80 for each additional 5 kilos??

I have 3 Dalmatians, Daniel, Zac and Ollie and have also adopted a street dog Stumpy (his lost half of his tail) that normally lives outside the gates of the villa, he is quite up market though, he will only eat chicken and pasta. Unfortunately, this afternoon he was attacked by 14 dessert dogs, he has a cut leg and neck and consequently limping, so I now have him in the front garden with his chicken and pasta to keep him safe

LOL Christine, if Daniel would accept him I would have had him in the home a long time ago, bless him.

He probably hasn't lost his tail more than likely born like that
I noticed that a lot of the street dogs around Dahar and Sekalla only had half tails so think it must be something being passed on with all the in breeding that must go on amongst them but good on you for taking care of him he must think he has found paradise just watch he doesn't go and tell all the rest of his friends what a great b/b he has found
