I liked Watch with Mother too... Andy Pandy, Teddy, and Looby Loo....
Yes, the Woodentops ( with the 'biggest spotty dog you ever did see')

Also, Crckerjack, with Eamonn Andrews, then Leslie Crowther.... Definitely giving away my age!! :(

That was in the days when BBC was the only channel, and it would stop from 3pm to 5pm!!

Out TV was about 4ft by 3ft, and the screen was about 8" !!! The antenna was a long pole that stood by the window!!!

Yes, NG... and it would also stop at midnight....after the Sky an Night and the Epilogue. Anyone else remember that stuff.... or am I the oldest here??

Incidentally.... when BBC2 started in the early 60's, mu mum was on it on the first day!!
There was a variety show with Hughie Green (Anyone remember him??)
and she was a professional musician.... her band were on the show ( A Hungarian quartet)
Ohhhh.... I wish video had been invented then!!!

How strange, we were all talking about Hughie Green last night and then you pop up today and mention him also.

Take Your Pick - Michael Miles, Opportunity Knocks - Hughie Green, Golden Shot with Bernie The Bolt and Bob Monkhouse
