Radio on Redsea

Above is a nrumber of things to access ,who listens to the radio and shops from here as well .
I remember i could not access certain stations when i was in the African forum but when home back here i could ..
just a thought i listen to maily BBC1 Extra it keeps cutting off and shutting down .

In Hurghada you can get El Gouna radio which is almost all in English but also you can get the BBC world service if your radio is good enough.

Yes I used to like El Gouna Radio!!
At certain times of the day it was in Arabic... other times it was in English.
They always played good music!
The only other English-speaking station I could sometimes pick up was KissFM... and I hated the music!!!

I do listen to the radio on here .
When i was in Egypt twice early this year i so much wanted to listen to the radio ,but the prices for to use was like 1.50 in english money for half an hour ,if you took your own laptop was even more .
I will how ever take my own out this time ,i used the familys but they got so much crap on it and my Arabic is not that fluent ,it was all gobbly goop
But i miss radio so much when i am out anywhere .I dont get lonely when i hear chitchat of next to nothing talk

What's Hurghada like for WiFi?
I know in Turkey it's free in lots of places, pretty much all the bars have it and you can piggy back no problem.

Internet cafes are every few yards and you can take your laptop and use their wireless connection you do get hot spots but they are not secure sites.I have used Pollo Pollo restaurant opposite the La Perla hotel just go in buy a drink and they will give you the access key and it is a secure site but you have to take own laptop.

I'm trying to decide whether to get myself a new all singing all dancing laptop or a mini one.

Depends what you want to use it for but laptops in egypt are about the same price as here.

You can buy a radio dongle which picks up most radio station in in the world, plug it in your lap tap and radio one here we go!!!
