Hi Cocoa,

If it's music, click on the "Music" button at the top of the page and choose a category.

oh i done them in there ,i wanted to post one forum so i see no file upload .
And my videos of Luxor and red sea but no matter .

The best way to post a video is to upload it to YouTube then copy the text from the embed box on youtube and paste it in your post on here, your video will now show in your post

Gord hell why i not think of that and i work on programmes i am derbrain today its the meds ok ,no excuse
