Me being sporadic

My posts and replies may be a little sporadic in the coming days as ive just learned from the hospital that Alan is to be admitted yet again later today, when they can find him a bed.
His bloods and fluid levels are up the shoot again and he is pretty much under the weather, so im not sure how long he will be in.
Another long haul i expect as a lot of you know he is a heart and renal patient, so its never clear cut with his ailments.
I will log on as often as i can because you lot help to take my mind of of all of this, just thought i would let you all know. :)

A swift update , Alan is hooked up to calium, iron, and saline all IV and has been resting, they are saying that there isnt too much renal impairment at this point but thats what we are waiting to see, if his fluids stay put and he manages to actually absorb the other nutirients , then he should make some improvment his problem is absorbtion, so right now im not sure how we can overcome this one, but alan has spent many years throwing us into a health quandry, and all have been overcome, so some brain storming, some patience and we will see :)

If you ever need a hug
And no one is around
Just head out to the nearest tree
And slip your arms around
For trees belong to Mother Nature
And she won't mind at all
So next time that you need a hug
Give Mother Nature a quick call

Thinking of you both...

Well i went 2 see Alan yesterday after i finished work yesterday and there is no change yet, it will take a while for his levels to improve i think.
He is cheerful, more so as we beat southampton in the footy yesterday, well actually we thrashed the arse off em :)
And to day he is nearly in heaven, he has the day room booked ,the chair ready and the telly set up just as he likes it to watch his beloved Rugby :)
His only problem appears to be who to bribe to smuggle in a beer

Well he never got around to seeing the rugger despite all of his scheming, He had been fluid overloaded and landed up with fluid on his lungs, so spent all of the afternoon on oxygen fighting for breath.
They have rehydrated him a tad too well it seems.
He is now on Frusimide IV, but came off of the oxygen this morning, god give me strength!!!
