Hi everyone, sorry i haven't been on here in a long long time, just life in general, with kids, hubby has made me super busy.
Anyways I was wondering if any one was interested in a spinning class (cycling class), body pump class, and yoga.
These classes are a great way to lose weight and tone ur body. I lost 35 lbs alone just doing the cycling class, 45 min a day, 4 times a week, in less than 3 months!!
