Just had an email from Jet2, our flight for Hurghada in April has been cancelled due to the problems despite telling holidaymakers on the web site that Red Sea resorts are not affected. Are other airlines doing the same?
Strange to cancel for here, we have had protests here, also fighting but that was 3 days ago, the army stopped it. Nothing before and nothing since. But it is like a Ghost Town now, very sad.
Ive heard nothing ref canelled flghts for Hurghada or Sharm, there have been cancelllations to luxor, but thats been on the cards for a week, so just the one company as far as i can see, Netyoda is still planning his return in a week or so, and ive seen nothing on Thomsons or Thomas Cook.
