Just remembered what the other programme was called, it was entitled:
'Oh no, it's Sellwyn Froggit' and it starred Bill Maynard as a useless handyman.

Farscape showed on tv here a few years back. I'd never seen it before and enjoyed it. I just wish they'd put star trek on my tv and then I could die happy!

As for all the stuff at the top - never heard of it! (Makes me feel young  )

Open all Hours

(I confess to watching city7 tv - and watching open all hours. Even worse: I confess to making sure I watch city7 at 1 am so I can watch Heart Break High! Shame on me!)

Actually My brother was a bit older (and bigger!) than me - so we normally watched what he wanted to watch (Red Dwarf and the whole Star Trek franchise). When he wasn't in the room, my mum was, so then we had to watch Dallas or even worse Poldark or the Thorn Birds and when my Dad was in the room we watched Steptoe and Son and Fawlty Towers.

All I wanted to watch was Blackadder! (And I counted my lucky stars if I managed to get to see it, since I was so low down on the TV watching chain.
