Recipe number 1
Quiche La Tuna
Make a pastry shell with white flour.
Whisk up 4 eggs and add some low fat cheese and a can of tuna and pour into the case. Bake and eat
Stay away from mangoes. They are high in purine apparently.

HP, I can now get the oven working because it's electric, not like that other load of c*** that we were trying to throw matches at ! I will admit Tunstall Mary showed me how to turn the electric oven on though

I managed a baked potato sort of, it came out like mash after I scraped it off the walls of the oven, so didn't bother again
Ebikatsu, Make a pastry shell with white flour ??????????????????
Goddess, You are right, it's for the dogs. I have been giving them boiled chicken and pasta all the time, soon the will be clucking the Italian Anthem. They are sick to death of it and leaving it now, so need some recipes to tempt them, breakfast and dinner for a week.

HL have you tried your dogs on tuna with either rice, pasta, veg and potatoes,if they like it i used to be able to buy catering size tins from the government shop in Dahar and no it's not the one where you buy sheets and so on it's over the road and just round the corner before the coffee shop.

No protein HP.
Tuna apart from being protein is high in salt and will give them high BP and they'll be needing a qaudruple bypass before long!!
Also high in mercury and can send them crackers!!!
