People need to go check it out please and report back to us, heard that there will be an Accessorize
that’s fab!!! Its all about accessoring!
And cinemas too!! That will make everyone’s moves a bit easier if we have accessories to wear and films to watch

http://www.senzomall.com/stores_alphabetical.aspx
This should help a tad - suppose more stores will be listed when they get taken over?
Seems it will be a helpful website in the future - will list what's on at the cinema etc when it gets going.

Do you think the Senzo Mall could end up like the Esplanada Mall with many shops not taken and the ones that are taken don't last for long

Maybe, we have been offered shops there on many occassions over the last few months, time will tell

Calm down folks!
Believe me it will take time. When they opened up the Mall attached to Carrefour and the San Stefano Malls up here - it took MONTHS for all the shops to open.
All us foreigners hotfooted it down there at twice the speed of light when we heard they opened and were sooooo disappointed. The only shop open was Metro or Carrefour and about 4 other shops - all the rest were boarded up while the shops were fitted out and all you could hear were banging noises coming from them.
The list of the shops is very like a few of the stores in the Malls up here, even down to Accessorize, Charles and Keith and the Manchow Wok and the sports stores.
The annex to the Carrefour Mall is scheduled to open up here next month with Debenhams and Bershka etc - but I've learned my lesson this time and will sit back and wait for some one else to go and discover half the shops aren't open before I set off on that 40 min journey.

salams all,
i don;t think senzo mall will be a big hit. first of all it is way too far from everything, and second of all, the layout of the mall wasn't well thought of. For me, I don't have a good feeling about it, but who knows i could be wrong.
I think if the location of the mall were in a different part of hurghada, it would do amazing. But then again, i am new here, and don't know much about this place, i am only speculating.
anyways looks like the stores won;t be opening for months.
we need a good clothing store for kids, like gap and h&m.
anyways going to make some popcorn for the kiddies,
hope u all have a good night

hi Jujey,
really your kids don't need designer clothes in egypt, and buying kids clothes is not a problem it's your clothes that are a problem and especially the underwear
but agree with you Senzo Mall not in the right area, but wait and see and who knows Inshallah everything will be ok

I also went to check out Senzo or should I say spinneys....I think its a start for Hurghada. Since I live in M6 for me it not that far and I heard that there will be shuttle bus going from Sekalla to Senzo once all the shops are open. The word on the street is that all the other shops should be opening in 1 month....so we'll see.....
